shipment status

    I have been waiting patiently for more than three months. On 24th August got answer from Chris "things do arrive" but no luck :(

    Is there anything I can do to get my order #95483  

    P.S. I had create a new Account because something broken with password resset functionality - email is valid and I received "Customer account password reset" email but can't change password because "no such email registered"...
